The Software, including its source code, object and compiled code, algorithms, structure, logic, protocols, design, web and UI assets, documentation, and all associated materials, is the exclusive property of its author ("the Author") and is protected by copyright, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws. The source code is confidential and is not published, licensed, or made available to You.
